How long does an order take?

All WASE items are handmade. Production takes 7–30 days depending on the item.

Can I get something faster?

Yes! Express production (48–72 hours) is available depending on artisan availability. Contact us first.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes — custom colors, sizes, and designs are available. Custom orders are not returnable.

Delivery options

We offer Kigali delivery, pick-up at Eagle View Lodge, and international shipping.

WASE Return & Exchange Policy

Because all WASE pieces are handmade in small batches or made-to-order, we follow a careful return policy that protects both our artisans and our customers.

✔ Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos for verification.

✔ Exchanges

If the size is not correct (for sweaters or beanies), we can adjust or remake your piece. Adjustment fees may apply depending on the complexity.

✔ Custom Orders

Custom colors, sizes, and personalized designs cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made uniquely for you.

✔ Refunds

Refunds are issued only if an item cannot be produced due to a lack of materials or there is an error on our side.
